The South Broad Partnership supports and connects South Philadelphia residents to an array of benefits to build economic stability.

Greater Philadelphia Community Alliance (GPCA) and other partners are expanding housing counseling and economic empowerment programs in South Philadelphia.

Why We Invested

As a community hub, GPCA has been serving South Philadelphia and beyond for more than 100 years, providing a breadth of services from early education to utility assistance.
Through the Family Stability Challenge, the South Broad Partnership maximizes the strengths of each partner for better outcomes. The network is establishing new “one-stop” service sites that are convenient for clients and provide comprehensive services to help families build stability, including- benefits enrollment, financial counseling, tax prep, housing assistance, expungement, and other legal services.
Beech Community Services leads the outreach component of the South Broad Partnership, helping to spread the word and expand it’s impact.
